Graifox is the data controller for personal data collectedthrough graifox.nl.

graifox.nl is a static marketing website. There are no useraccounts, no shop, no orders, and no reviews.

The data we may collect islimited to:

•       Identification data you give us voluntarily: name,business email address, phone number, company name.
•       Booking data when you schedule a call: handled bySavvyCal as our booking processor.
•       Technical data automatically logged by our hostingprovider: IP address, browser type, timestamp of visit.

We do not run a newsletter at this time. If we add onelater, we will update this policy and ask for explicit consent.

•       Responding to your inquiry: Name, email, phone,company. Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
•       Scheduling and confirming a call: Name, email, calendardata. Legal basis: Performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship.
•       Securing and operating the website: IP address, browsertype. Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
•       Complying with legal obligations: All of the above.Legal basis: Legal obligation.We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or saleto third parties.

•       Business correspondence and contact data: 7 years, inline with the Dutch fiscal retention obligation.
•       Booking metadata (SavvyCal): as long as the bookingrecord is active, then removed on request.
•       Server log data: up to 30 days, then deletedautomatically.
